I love lights,glowing buttons,animated buttons,and other things on my O.S.
I have designed a video packet system for my movies.The icon designating my movies contains a short video that plays the previews to that movie.If I select the button and click on it once,it will play the movie.If I click on it twice,it will play a full screen preview.Clicking once more closes the screen;and,restores the icon back into its location to play the movie preview.The movie previews only play after opening the movie database contents page.Every movie displayed on a single page also plays the preview.This is a videoic animated icon system I designed in 1990.
I also designed animated icons for alarms,warnings and alerts.These would also contain sound alerts.
Pages of my database would consist of photos of text in the place of text.After selecting the desired text,it would be displayed as a complete page instead of writing text to to bottom and left to right.
Text entered at a later date would be entered as a photo also.
The entire O.S. program would be based exclusively on video and photo content.
